RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Livewell Collective, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

– Opened skincare or beauty products

– Personal care items

– Earrings (for hygiene purposes)

Planners, PLR and MRR are final once link is sent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will gladly replace or refund the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Mobile experience is non refundable once contract is signed and project is delivered

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
