Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
– Opened skincare or beauty products
– Personal care items
– Earrings (for hygiene purposes)
Planners, PLR and MRR are final once link is sent.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will gladly replace or refund the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Mobile experience is non refundable once contract is signed and project is delivered
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

My Story
FOUNDER STORY - JANE LACAP
Jane Lacap is a creative entrepreneur and community builder whose work has consistently centered on one core mission: to create experiences that connect people, empower creativity, and support healing through wellness, art, and intentional living.
Her journey began in 2002 when she founded Metro Episode Casting & Events Management, following her four-year career in modeling. What started as a casting initiative quickly evolved into a full events and experiences company that bridged talent, brands, and audiences. For nearly a decade, Metro Episode curated events that elevated client experiences while building community within the creative and entertainment industry.
After a short pause in her entrepreneurial journey, Jane shifted her focus toward wellness and healing. She founded Neutra Organics, a natural wellness brand that operated for eight years and served thousands of people seeking healing through nature-based, holistic, and faith-inspired products. This venture deepened her commitment to wellness as a pathway to restoration and intentional living.
Expanding her vision further, Jane launched The Artisan Craft House, a creative space dedicated to workshops, events, and skill-building experiences. This initiative provided a platform for creatives and emerging entrepreneurs to develop their talents, build businesses, and participate in hands-on learning experiences that fostered both creativity and economic opportunity.
Alongside this, Jane founded Thou Art in Heaven, a creative ministry focused on expressing faith through art and community engagement. Through workshops and outreach, she empowered individuals and communities to explore creativity as a form of healing, expression, and spiritual connection.
Across all of her ventures, Jane’s work has remained consistent: to build bridges between creativity, wellness, and community impact.
Today, she continues this mission through Livewell Collective, a wellness and lifestyle brand offering natural products, immersive wellness experiences, and mobile workshops designed to promote intentional living, mental well-being, and community connection.
Jane’s work reflects a unique integration of entrepreneurship, wellness, and community development—positioning her as a founder dedicated not only to building businesses, but to creating meaningful, accessible, and transformative experiences for individuals, teams, and communities.
